I spent an afternoon with twin sisters, Alexandra and Elizabeth. We shot shot up in the Watchung Reservation in Watchung NJ.
Non Traditional Thoughts
Last week I shot the 100 Anniversary Mass for St. Thomas Byzantine Catholic Church and then their celebration party The Pines Manor in Edison NJ. I found it very fascinating. I am not a religious person although I am spiritual. Having been raised Roman Catholic and even going to 8 years of Catholic School, I don’t practice organized religion as an adult. I respect tradition while not being traditional myself. The Catholic Church remains a mystery to me.
Wednesday, April 18, 2012, William C Skurla became the New Archbishop of Pittsburg’s Byzantine Church. Featured below just days before as Bishop. It was a pleasure to meet him. We about talked cameras, comparing the features of the Nikon D700 with the newly released D800.
While observing some of the priests interactions with each other, I couldn’t help but wonder what they talk about in private.
